摘要
目的:观察云南吴氏扶阳学术流派附香消痞汤治疗功能性消化不良(脾胃虚寒型)患者的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照法纳入72例功能性消化不良(脾胃虚寒型)患者,脱落3例,分为治疗组(35例)和对照组(34例)。治疗组给予附香消痞汤治疗,对照组给予附子理中汤治疗。治疗4周后观察2组中医证候的疗效、焦虑抑郁自评量表、尼平消化不良指数的改善情况,根据疗效判定标准比较2组的治疗效果。在停药6周后回访患者,监测复发率,并评估不良反应以进行安全性评价。结果:在总有效率、改善患者生活质量、SAS评分方面,治疗组(附香消痞汤)明显优于对照组(附子理中汤)(P<0.05);且治疗组的复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:附香消痞汤能够有效治疗功能性消化不良(脾胃虚寒型)。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yunnan Wu's Fuyang academic school Fuxiang Xiaopi decoction in patients with functional dyspepsia(spleen and stomach deficiency and cold type).Methods A total of 72 patients with functional dyspepsia(spleen and stomach deficiency and cold type)were included,with 3 cases dropping out.Patients were randomized into the treatment group(35 cases)and the control group(34 cases).Patients in the treatment group received Fuxiang Xiaopi decoction,and patients in the control group received Fuzi Lizhong decoction.After 4 weeks of treatment,the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,the self-evaluation scales for anxiety and depression,and the improvement in the nicotine dyspepsia index were observed,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups according to the efficacy judgment criteria were compared.Patients were followed up at 6 weeks after drug discontinuation to monitor the recurrence rate and evaluate adverse events for safety evaluation.Results In terms of effective rate,improved patients'quality of life and SAS score,the treatment group(Fuxiang Xiaopi decoction)was significantly better than those in the control group(Fuzi Lizhong decoction)(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fuxiang Xiaopi decoction can effectively treat functional dyspepsia(spleen and stomach deficiency and cold type).
