气相色谱质谱法测定地表水中5种含氯苯酚

Determination of five chlorinated phenols in surface water by GC-MS

摘要 本文建立了固相萃取-气相色谱质谱法测定地表水中5种含氯苯酚化合物的方法。5种含氯苯酚化合物在10.00~400μg·L^(-1)质量浓度范围内线性相关系数均大于0.999,检出限分别为0.06、0.09、0.13、0.10、0.18μg·L^(-1),6次测试结果的RSD为1.80%~4.26%,加标回收率为91.9%~104.0%。 A method for the determination of 5 chlorophenol compounds in surface water by solid phase extraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was developed.The linear correlation coefficients of the five chlorophenol compounds were all greater than 0.999 at the mass concentration of 10.00~400μg·L^(-1),and the detection limits were 0.06,0.09,0.13,0.10,0.18μg·L^(-1),respectively.The RSDs of the six tests ranged from 1.80%to 4.26%.The recoveries were 91.9%~104.0%.
