稀土Ce对F38MnVS非调质钢组织及CCT曲线的影响

摘要 采用DIL805相变仪测定了未添加Ce和Ce含量为240×10^(-6)的F38MnVS非调质钢在不同冷却速度下的膨胀曲线,并结合金相-硬度法绘制了其连续冷却转变曲线(CCT曲线),研究了Ce对其CCT曲线的影响。结果表明:Ce的加入使F38MnVS钢的相变临界点A_(c1)、A_(c3)降低,减少了先共析铁素体的数量,增加了珠光体和粒状贝氏体的数量,细化了板条状马氏体,使铁素体、珠光体和贝氏体的转变区域变大,马氏体转变区域变小,CCT曲线左移。 The expansion curves of F38MnVS non-quenched and tempered steel without Ce and with Ce content of 240×10^(-6)at different cooling rates were measured by using a DIL805 transformation meter,their continuous cooling transformation curves(CCT curves)were plotted using metallographic-hardness method,and the effect of Ce on their CCT curves was studied.The results show that the addition of Ce decreases the critical phase transformation points A_(c1)and A_(c3)of the F38MnVS steel,decreases the number of proeutectoid ferrite,increases the number of pearlite and granular bainite,refines lath martensite,enlarges the transformation region of ferrite,pearlite and bainite,decreases the transformation region of martensite,and shifts the CCT curves to the left.
