In the current fierce market competition environment,enterprises are facing increasing pressure for survival and development.How to effectively control costs and improve efficiency has become a core concern for enterprises,and finding effective strategies is crucial for their sustainable development.This article starts from the current situation of enterprise cost control,analyzes the inherent relationship between enterprise cost control and efficiency improvement,and explores the path of enterprise cost control and efficiency improvement,in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for enterprises to achieve sustainable development.
