摘要
数字经济发展推动经济资源重组,并影响生鲜农产品供应链的高质量发展。基于数字经济背景,本文采用引文分析、知识图谱等方法,分析作者与机构图谱得到文献研究特征,分析关键词图谱发现研究热点。在对高被引文献进行梳理总结的基础上,通过时间线视图对研究内容进行时间轴横向对比分析。为后续数字经济背景下开展生鲜农产品供应链研究提供参考,并总结得出中国生鲜农产品供应链的未来研究趋势将会集中在质量安全与溯源体系、生鲜电商的发展以及冷链低碳供应链三个方面。
The development of the digital economy promotes the restructuring of economic resources and affects the high-quality development of the fresh agricultural product supply chain.Based on the background of the digital economy,this article adopts methods such as citation analysis and knowledge graph to analyze the author and institution graph to obtain the characteristics of literature research,and to analyze the keyword graph to discover research hotspots.On the basis of summarizing highly cited literature,a horizontal comparative analysis of the research content is conducted through a timeline view.To provide reference for the research on fresh agricultural product supply chain under the background of digital economy in the future,and summarize that the future research trends of China's fresh agricultural product supply chain will focus on three aspects:quality and safety and traceability system,development of fresh e-commerce,and cold chain low-carbon supply chain.
