发展型人力资源管理模式对主动性行为的影响

The Impact of Developmental Human Resource Management Model on Proactive Behavior

摘要 随着经济一体化的进程加快,行业竞争日趋激烈,面对复杂的外部环境,激发员工的主动性行为成为组织取得竞争优势的重要方式。组织中高水平的主动性行为能够更好地符合发展要求。研究结果表明:发展型人力资源管理对主动性行为有正向影响;工作获得感在发展型人力资源管理和主动性行为之间起中介作用;职业使命感正向调节发展型人力资源管理与工作获得感之间的关系。研究结论丰富了发展型人力资源管理与主动性行为的研究,为组织如何激励员工成长和发展提供一定参考。 As economic integration accelerates and industry competition intensifies,how to stimulate employees'proactive behavior in the face of a complex external environment has become a crucial way for organizations to gain competitive advantage.High-level proactive behavior in the organization can better meet the development requirements.The results of this study indicate that developmental human resource management(HRM)have a positive impact on proactive behavior;sense of job gain mediates the relationship between developmental HRM and proactive behavior;and sense of vocational calling positively moderates the relationship between developmental HRM and sense of job gain.This research fingdings enrich the research of developmental HRM and proactive behavior,providing some references for organizations on how to motivate employee growth and development.
