摘要
目的:比较宫腔镜冷刀切除术与宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫内膜息肉的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年6月东营市第二人民医院收治的子宫内膜息肉患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组实施宫腔镜电切术,研究组实施宫腔镜冷刀切除术。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组手术时间、术后阴道出血时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.001)。术后2 d、3 d,两组疼痛评分逐渐降低,且术后1 d、2 d、3 d,研究组疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后,两组C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6水平升高,但研究组比对照组低(P<0.05)。术后,两组生理、心理、环境及社会关系评分升高,且研究组比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:相较于宫腔镜电切术,宫腔镜冷刀切除术治疗子宫内膜息肉的效果更好,可以缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,减轻患者术后疼痛和炎性反应,加快术后康复速度,提高患者生活质量。
Objective:To compare the effects of hysteroscopic cold knife resection and hysteroscopic electric resection in the treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods:From January 2021 to June 2023,60 patients with endometrial polyps admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Dongying were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a study group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group underwent hysteroscopic electric resection and the study group underwent hysteroscopic cold knife resection.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time,postoperative vaginal bleeding time and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss in the study group was less than that in the control group(P<0.001).On 2 d and 3 d after surgery,the pain scores in the two groups gradually decreased.On 1 d,2 d and 3 d after surgery,the pain scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After surgery,the levels of C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 in the two groups increased,but the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After surgery,the scores of physiological,psychological,environmental and social relations in the two groups increased,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with hysteroscopic electric resection,hysteroscopic cold knife resection has a better effect in the treatment of endometrial polyps,and can shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,relieve the postoperative pain and inflammatory reactions of patients,facilitate the postoperative recovery,and improve the quality of life of patients.
