摘要
目的:探究非典型抗精神病药对精神分裂症患者心电图参数和阳性、阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分的影响。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年12月江苏省扬州五台山医院接收的78例精神分裂症患者作为观察对象,随机分为三组。观察1组(26例)采用利培酮治疗,观察2组(26例)采用奥氮平治疗,观察3组(26例)采用齐拉西酮治疗。比较三组心电图参数、PANSS评分。结果:治疗前,三组患者QTc间期比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,三组QTc间期均延长,观察3组QTc间期大于观察1组与观察2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,三组患者阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病理症状评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,三组阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病理症状评分均降低(P<0.05),但三组间比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:三种非典型抗精神病药短期内均能较好地控制精神分裂症患者精神症状,但均会不同程度影响精神分裂症患者QTc间期,使其延长,其中齐拉西酮药物影响最明显。
Objective:To explore the influence of atypical antipsychotic drugs on electrocardiogram parameters and Positive and Negative Symptom Scale(PANSS)scores in patients with schizophrenia.Methods:From January 2023 to December 2024,78 patients with schizophrenia who were admitted to Yangzhou Mount Wutai Hospital in Jiangsu Province were enrolled as the observation objects.They were randomly divided into three groups.Observation group 1(26 cases)was treated with risperidone,observation group 2(26 cases)was treated with olanzapine,and observation group 3(26 cases)was treated with ziprasidone.The ECG parameters and PANSS scores were compared among the three groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in QTc interval among the three groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the QTc interval in all three groups was prolonged,and the QTc interval in observation group 3 was greater than that in observation group 1 and observation group 2,with the statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of positive symptoms,negative symptoms and general psychopathological symptoms among the three groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of positive symptoms,negative symptoms and general psychopathological symptoms in the three groups decreased(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The three atypical antipsychotic drugs can well control the mental symptoms of patients with schizophrenia in the short term,but all of them affect the QTc interval of patients with schizophrenia to varying degrees and prolong the interval,among which ziprasidone has the most obvious effect.
