摘要
校园欺凌作为一项全球性问题,严重威胁着学生的身心健康与校园环境的和谐。积极心理学,作为聚焦于人类积极心理品质和潜能开发的学科,为预防校园欺凌提供了新颖视角与有效方法。本文通过精心设计并实施一系列积极心理学干预活动,旨在探讨其在预防校园欺凌中的实际效果。研究结果显示,此类干预活动显著提升了学生的情感认知与自我觉察能力,塑造了正向的道德价值观,引导了健康的社交观念,并强化了家校合作,从而有效降低了校园欺凌行为的发生率。
Campus bullying,as a global issue,seriously threatens the physical and mental health of students and the harmony of the campus environment.Positive psychology,as a discipline that focuses on the development of human positive psychological qualities and potential,provides a novel perspective and effective methods for preventing campus bullying.This article aims to explore the practical effects of a series of carefully designed and implemented positive psychology intervention activities in preventing campus bullying.The research results show that such intervention activities significantly enhance students'emotional cognition and self-awareness abilities,shape positive moral values,guide healthy social attitudes,and strengthen home school cooperation,thereby effectively reducing the incidence of campus bullying behavior.
