摘要
实践STEAM教育旨在“以幼儿为中心,培养幼儿动手能力和创造能力,培养幼儿良好学习品质。”而我园教师出现的“不放手”教育行为阻碍了课题的有效进展,于是我们尝试“以问题为导向”,和教师一起梳理解决问题的方案,通过不断研讨反思,并积极落实我们自行梳理的“三不两要”行动原则等,教师们通过解决问题的过程获得新的成长。
The practice of STEAM education aims to"focus on young children,cultivate their hands-on and creative abilities,and cultivate their good learning qualities."However,the"not letting go"educational behavior of our kindergarten teachers has hindered the effective progress of the project.Therefore,we have tried to be"problem oriented"and work with teachers to sort out solutions to problems.Through continuous discussion and reflection,and actively implementing the"three no's and two musts"action principles that we have sorted out ourselves,teachers have gained new growth through the process of problem-solving.
