摘要
根据江苏省国家水利风景区微信公众号的相关数据,对微信公众号平台建设面临的问题进行了分析,结果表明,江苏省国家水利风景区微信公众号存在菜单功能缺失、内容质量参差不齐、微信公众号影响力有限等问题。提出了完善功能设置、提升服务水平、提高内容质量、强化运营效果、加强品牌宣传、拓宽影响力边界等优化措施。
Based on the relevant data derived from the WeChat official account of the national water conservancy scenic areas in Jiangsu Province,an analysis was conducted to identify the challenges associated with the development of the WeChat official account platform.The findings suggest that the WeChat official account of the national water conservancy scenic areas in Jiangsu Province is beset with issues such as functional gaps in the menu interface,inconsistent content quality,and a constrained sphere of influence of the official account.To address these issues,the following strategic enhancements are proposed:refining the functional architecture,elevating the standard of customer service,enhancing the content quality,bolstering operational performance,reinforcing brand visibility,and broadening the scope of the account’s impact.
