摘要
教育发展、科技创新、人才培养一体推进形成良性循环是推动新质生产力发展的重要举措。职业教育在发展新质生产力中具有基础性作用,可以提高劳动力素质、改进生产技术、提高生产效率、促进成果转化。结合交通基础设施发展方向,梳理交通土建新质生产力内涵,探讨交通土建类专业服务行业新质生产力的现实意义及路径,并提出职业教育服务新质生产力的对策。
The integration of education development,technological innovation,and talent cultivation to form a virtuous cycle is an important measure to promote the development of new quality productivity.Vocational education plays a fundamental role in developing new quality productive forces,which can improve the quality of labor force,enhance production technology,improve production efficiency,and promote the transformation of achievements.Based on the development direction of transportation infrastructure,this paper summarizes the connotation of new quality productivity in transportation civil engineering,explores the practical significance and path of new quality productivity in the transportation civil engineering professional service industry,and proposes suggestions and countermeasures for vocational education to serve new-type productivity.
