To explore the preventive effect of the Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease(HFMD)vaccine(EV71 type)against Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease.A total of 100 children who received the Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease(EV71 type)vaccine and 100 children who did not receive the vaccine in the Suidong Street Community Health Service Center in Huangpu District,Guangzhou from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to whether they received the vaccine or not, they were divided into a control group without vaccination and an experimental group with vaccination. The incidence rates of Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease and the incidence rates of suspected abnormal reactions to vaccination were compared between the two groups. The research results showed that the incidence rate of Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease among vaccinated children was significantly lower than that among unvaccinated children(P<0.05).Among the children who received the EV71 type Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease vaccine, the incidence rate of suspected abnormal reactions to vaccination was low,and most of them were at grade 1 with mild manifestations. The study found that the EV71 type Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease vaccine can effectively prevent the occurrence of Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease, reduce the risk of children's infection. Moreover, the incidence rate of suspected abnormal reactions to vaccination after vaccination is low,and the vaccine is generally safe and reliable, which can be used in the prevention of Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease.
