摘要
为探究羊草对入侵植物长刺蒺藜草的影响,采用培养皿法和盆栽法研究羊草水浸提液对入侵植物长刺蒺藜草种子萌发、幼苗生长及生理特性的影响。结果表明:羊草茎叶、根水浸提液均抑制了长刺蒺藜草种子的萌发,且随浸提液浓度的升高而增强;仅100 g/L羊草茎叶水浸提液对长刺蒺藜草幼苗的叶面积产生显著影响(P<0.05);长刺蒺藜草幼苗丙二醛、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶(50 g/L、100 g/L处理除外)、脯氨酸随着羊草茎叶水浸提液浓度增加含量升高,可溶性糖含量降低。随着根水浸提液浓度的增加,长刺蒺藜草幼苗过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶(50 g/L处理除外)、超氧化物歧化酶(12.5 g/L处理除外)活性显著升高(P<0.05);在根水浸提液处理下长刺蒺藜草幼苗丙二醛、脯氨酸在100 g/L时含量最高,可溶性糖含量最低,与CK相比,分别增加了51.6%、143.1%,降低了27.7%。本研究为羊草替代控制长刺蒺藜草提供一定的理论依据。
This study aimed to explore the effects of Leymus chinensis on the invasive species Cenchrus longispinus.Both petri dish and pot cultivation were applied to assess how aqueous extracts from Leymus chinensis affect the seed germination,seedling growth,and various physiological traits of Cenchrus longispi⁃nus.The results showed that the aqueous extract from stems,leaves and roots of Leymus chinensis inhibited the seed germination of Cenchrus longispinus,and the inhibition rose when the concentration of extract increased.Notably,the 100 g/L stem and leaf extract influenced the leaf area of Cenchrus longispinus seedlings(P<0.05).The contents of malondialdehyde,peroxidase,catalase,superoxide dismutase(excluding the 50 g/L and 100 g/L treatments),and proline in Cenchrus longispinus seedlings improved with the increase concentration of Leymus chinensis stem and leaf extracts,while the soluble sugar content declined.Furthermore,with the increasing of root extracts concentration,activities of peroxidase and catalase(except the 50 g/L treatment),and superoxide dismutase(excluding the 12.5 g/L treatment)were enhanced significantly in Cenchrus longispinus seedlings(P<0.05).Maximum malondialdehyde and proline were 51.6%and 143.1%higher compared to control after treated with 100 g/L root extract.The minimum soluble sugar content was also recorded under the 100 g/L root extract treatment,which decreased 27.7%compared to control.This research provides theoretical support for Leymus chinensis application as an alternative strategy for managing the Cenchrus longispinus invasion.
