摘要
目的评估个体化音乐疗法在玻璃体切除术治疗增生性糖尿病视网膜病变中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1月至4月宿迁市第一人民医院行玻璃体切除手术的60例增生性糖尿病视网膜病变患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组采用个体化音乐疗法,对照组采用常规护理措施。比较两组患者的焦虑评分、疼痛评分、身心应激反应、患者配合度及满意度。结果两组术前焦虑评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术中焦虑评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术中疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术前心率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术前两组患者心率、收缩压、舒张压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术中两组心率、收缩压、舒张压低于术前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术中配合度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术中满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在增生性糖尿病患者玻璃体切除术中应用个体化音乐疗法,可以缓解患者疼痛焦虑情绪,减轻心血管反应,提高手术配合度和手术满意度。
Objective To evaluate the effect of individualized music therapy in vitrectomy for the treatment of proliferative diabetic retinopathy.Methods A total of 60 patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy who underwent vitrectomy in the First People's Hospital of Suqian from January to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group by lottery method,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group received individualized music therapy,and the control group received routine nursing measures.The anxiety score,pain score,physical and mental stress response,patient cooperation and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in preoperative anxiety score between the two groups(P>0.05).The anxiety score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intraoperative pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in preoperative heart rate between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05).The heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic pressure of the two groups were lower than before surgery,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The intraoperative cooperation score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of individualized music therapy in vitrectomy in patients with hyperplastic diabetes can,relieve pain and anxiety,reduce cardiovascular response,and improve the degree of surgical cooperation and surgical satisfaction.
