摘要
目的:观察ADOPT护理模式对膀胱癌尿路造口病人自我护理能力和并发症发生情况的影响。方法:选取2020年6月—2022年6月在我院进行膀胱癌尿路造口手术治疗的70例病人为研究对象,使用随机数字表将其分为常规护理组和ADOPT护理组各35例,分别给予常规护理和ADOPT护理模式。比较两组病人并发症发生率、自我护理能力、抑郁情绪及对护理的满意度。结果:术后3个月,ADOPT护理组病人并发症发生率为5.71%,低于常规护理组(22.86%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出院前1 d和术后3个月,ADOPT护理组病人自我照护维持分量表、自我照护检测分量表、自我照护管理分量表、自我照护信心分量表评分均高于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出院前1 d和术后3个月,ADOPT护理组病人汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均低于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出院时,ADOPT护理组病人护理满意度为97.14%,高于常规护理组的82.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对膀胱癌尿路造口病人予以ADOPT护理模式能够提高病人的自我护理能力,降低并发症发生率,减轻病人抑郁情绪,提高病人护理满意度。
Objective:To observe the effects of ADOPT nursing mode on self-care ability and complications of patients with bladder cancer undergoing urostomy.Methods:70 patients with bladder cancer undergoing urostomy in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into routine nursing group and ADOPT nursing group using random number table,with 35 cases in each group.Compare the incidence of complications,self-care ability,depression,and satisfaction with nursing betweentwo groups of patients in the near and distant future.Results:The incidence of complications in the ADOPT nursing group was 5.71%,which was lower than that in the conventional nursing group(22.86%)during three months after surgery,the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05);One day before discharge and three months after surgery,the scores of the self-care maintenance scale,self-caredetection scale,self-care management scale,and self-care confidence scale in the ADOPT nursing group were higher than those in theconventional nursing group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);One day before discharge and three months aftersurgery,the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD) scores of patients in the ADOPT nursing group were lower than those in theconventional nursing group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);At discharge,the nursing satisfaction rate of patients inthe ADOPT nursing group was 97.14%,which was higher than the 82.86% in the conventional nursing group.And the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:ADOPT nursing mode for patients with bladder cancer undergoing urostomy can improvetheir self-care ability,reduce the incidence of complications,alleviate their depression and improve their satisfaction with nursing.
