新型阳非离子表面活性剂的合成及其渗吸驱油性能

摘要 以辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基二甲基叔胺、环氧氯丙烷为原料,通过季铵化和开环两步反应,合成了一种提高低孔低渗储层渗吸驱油效率的阳非离子表面活性剂NSA-12.采用傅里叶红外光谱仪和核磁共振氢谱仪对表面活性剂NSA-12的分子结构进行了表征,测定其界面张力、润湿性、临界胶束浓度、渗吸高度等性能.实验结果表明,NSA-12的临界胶束浓度(cmc)为3.31×10^(-4) mol·L^(-1),γ_(cmc)为29.28 mN·m^(-1),质量分数为0.2%时油水界面张力为0.43 mN·m^(-1),表界面活性优异;天然岩心接触角可降低至34.7°,毛细管自发渗吸高度为22 mm,渗吸效率为37.3%,水驱后可继续提高采收率18.5%,有效提高了低渗透储层渗吸驱油效率,满足了油田现场生产的需要. A cationic nonionic surfactant NSA-12 was synthesized by quaternization and ring-opening two-step reaction using octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether,N,N-dimethyl dodecyl tertiary amine,and epichlorohydrin as raw materials to improve the efficiency of seepage-absorption drive in low-pore and low-permeability reservoirs.The molecular structure of the surfactant NSA-12 was characterised by Fourier infrared spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectrometry;and its oil repellent properties,such as interfacial tension,wettability,critical micelle concentration,and seepage-absorption height,were measured.It was found that the critical micelle concentration(cmc)of NSA-12 was 3.31×10-4 mol·L^(-1),γcmc was 29.28 mN·m^(-1),and the reduction of oil-water interfacial tension could reach 0.43 mN·m^(-1) when the mass fraction of NSA-12 was 0.2%,with excellent epifacial activity;The contact angle with natural core can be reduced to 34.7°,the capillary spontaneous seepage height can be up to 22 mm,the seepage efficiency is 37.3%,and the recovery rate after water drive is further increased by 18.5%,which effectively improves the seepage and oil drive efficiency of low-pore and low-permeability reservoirs,and meets the needs of on-site production in the oilfield.
