摘要
目的:探讨同伴支持模式联合微信群延续性管理对白内障超声乳化治疗术后患者的影响.方法:选取2021年12月至2023年12月于本院行超声乳化治疗术的97例白内障患者作为研究对象.采用随机数字表法,将其分为研究组(n=48,实施同伴支持模式联合微信群延续性管理干预)和对照组(n=49,实施常规护理干预).比较两组患者自我管理能力、生活质量[健康调查简表(SF-36)]和心理状态[汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)].结果:干预3个月后,两组患者自我管理能力评分、SF-36评分均升高,且研究组患者自我管理能力评分、SF-36评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预1、2、3个月后,两组患者HAMA评分均降低,且研究组患者HAMA评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:同伴支持模式联合微信群延续性管理可有效提高白内障超声乳化治疗术后患者自我管理能力,改善其生活质量,减少不良心理情绪.
Objective:To explore the influence of peer support model combined with WeChat group continuous management on patients after phacoemulsification of cataract.Methods:A total of 97 patients after phacoemulsification of cataract in our hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into study group(n=48,carried out peer support model combined with WeChat group continuous management intervention)and control group(n=49,carried out routine nursing intervention)by random number table method.The self-management ability,quality of life[36-item short form health survey(SF-36)]and psychological status[Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)]were compared between the two groups.Results:After 3 months of intervention,the self-management ability score and SF-36 score of the two groups increased,and the self-management ability score and SF-36 score of the patients in study group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and after 1,2 and 3 months of intervention,the HAMA score of the patients in the two groups decreased,and the HAMA score of the patients in study group was lower than that of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Peer support model combined with WeChat group continuous management can effectively improve the self-management ability of patients after phacoemulsification of cataract,improve the quality of life,and alleviate the adverse psychological emotions.
