摘要
粮食问题一直困扰着人类,主要表现在粮食的生产系统一方面威胁到了人类赖以生存的环境,另方面人类时常面临着食物短缺和营养不良等健康问题。20世纪60年代以来,随着主要谷物粮食和油料作物的稳步增长,种植的作物种类多样性急剧下降,最终导致农业生产系统中作物的同质化,并由此引发了粮食安全和食物安全问题。解决粮食问题的一个有效途径就是开发利用“被忽视和未被充分利用的植物”。在介绍国内外相关研究的基础上,应用生态民族学的理论方法,探讨了中国“被忽视和未被充分利用植物”在粮食安全、食物安全以及生态安全方面的作用。
he food issue has always plagued humanity,mainly manifested in the fact that on the one hand,the food production system threatens the environment for people’s survival,while on the other hand,people often face health problems such as food shortages and malnutrition.Since the 1960s,with the steady growth of major cereal grains and oilseed crops,the diversity of crop species cultivated has sharply declined,ultimately leading to the homogenization of crops in agricultural production system and thus triggering grain security and food safety issues.An effective way to address the food issue is to develop and utilize"neglected and underutilized plants".Based on relevant research at home and abroad,we apply the theoretical methods of ecological ethnology to explore the role of"neglected and underutilized plants"in China in grain security,food safety,and ecological security.
