摘要
论文基于buck-boost拓扑设计了一种单电感三输出DC-DC变换器。该变换器采用续流电感电流控制电感充电的占空比,比较器控制各个输出端的占空比。论文提出的动态导通时间控制方法能够在负载变化时抑制输出端占空比的突变,从而减小输出端的交调。此外论文提出了一种驱动电路,能在大范围的输出电压保持高效率。使用SMIC 0.18μm BCD工艺实现电路,仿真结果显示该变换器有较好的抑制交调效果。
This paper adopts buck-boost topology and presents an integrated single-inductor three output DC-DC converter.The freewheeling inductor current and comparator are used to control the duty ratio of inductor charging and all outputs.The dynamic conduction time control method proposed in this paper can suppress the abrupt change of duty ratio at the output terminal when the load changes,so as to reduce the cross regulation.To keep high efficiency during a large output range,a driver circuit is proposed.As an example,the buck-boost converter is designed in a SMIC 0.18 μm BCD process.The simulation results show that the proposed scheme has cross regulation suppression effect.
