基于四阶段预测法的兰州科技创新园项目交通影响评价

Traffic Impact Assessment of the Lanzhou Science and Technology Innovation Park Project Based on the Four-Stage Forecasting Method

摘要 以兰州科技创新园重点项目为例,基于研究区道路交通现状调研数据,运用类别生成率法和重力模型构建交通生成和交通出行分布预测模型,根据类比和经验值法确定交通区位的出行方式,借助TRANSCAD交通分析软件,采用非平衡模型中的多路径概率法进行交通需求分配,从道路及交叉口、停车系统、公共交通系统、慢行系统4个方面进行交通影响评价。结果表明,项目对评价范围内的周边道路交通、交叉口有显著影响,但对周边公交系统、停车系统及慢行系统的直接影响并不明显。为此,建议通过加强主干交通道路的改造与升级、道路交叉路口综合改造升级、城市公共交通体系建设、居民绿色出行意识等措施的实施,降低项目建设对周边交通环境造成的不利影响。 This article uses a four stage forecasting method to predict the transportation demand of the Lanzhou Science and Technology Innovation Park project based on research on the current traffic situation.At the same time,a systematic evaluation of the project's traffic impact in the target year was conducted from four dimensions:roads and intersections,parking systems,public transportation systems,and slow traffic systems.The research results show that the new project has a significant impact on the surrounding road traffic within the evaluation scope,but the direct impact on the surrounding road intersections,public transportation systems,parking systems,and slow traffic systems is not significant.In view of this,this article proposes a series of suggestions,including optimizing intersection design,strengthening road planning and construction,adding traffic signal lights and signage systems,and other measures,in order to alleviate the adverse impact of project construction on the surrounding traffic environment.
