农业院校机械电子工程专业人才培养模式创新与实践研究——以山东农业大学机械与电子工程学院为例

摘要 针对农业院校机械电子工程专业当前课程体系与行业需求不适应的情况,学生在思想方面所具有的品德和素养、专业本领及创新实践能力等方面表现不尽如人意,师资水平与社会对机电人才的新需求不匹配,教学质量的反馈机制薄弱,无法持续改进等问题,在山东农业大学机械电子工程专业构建“一三四”机械电子工程专业复合型人才培养模式,即“一贯穿、三融合、四路径”的培养模式。将思政教育贯穿培养全过程(一贯穿),借助省一流专业及国家和省级各类平台,将理论与实践,现实与虚拟,线上与线下教学深度融合(“三融合”),以“优化课程体系,强化创新实践,提升师资水平,加强质量反馈”为路径持续提高教学水平,培养思想素质高、创新能力突出、工农深度融合的机械电子工程专业人才,以适应创新型国家建设、现代农业发展和全面乡村振兴对农业院校机械电子工程专业人才的需求,也为农业类院校相关专业提供可借鉴的人才培养模式。 In response to the current mismatch between the curriculum system of the Mechanical and Electronic Engineering program at agricultural universities and industry demands,issues such as students'inadequate moral character and qualities,professional skills,and innovative practical abilities,as well as the misalignment between faculty levels and the new societal needs for electromechanical talent,and the weak feedback mechanism for teaching quality that hinders continuous improvement,a"One-Three-Four"training model for cultivating composite talents in Mechanical and Electronic Engineering has been established at Shandong Agricultural University.This model consists of"One Integration,Three Mergers,and Four Pathways."It integrates ideological and political education throughout the entire training process(One Integration),leverages provincial first-class programs and various national and provincial platforms to deeply merge theory with practice,reality with virtuality,and online with offline teaching(Three Mergers).The pathways for continuous improvement in teaching quality focus on"optimizing the curriculum system,strengthening practical innovation,enhancing faculty quality,and reinforcing quality feedback."This aims to cultivate talents in Mechanical and Electronic Engineering with high ideological quality,outstanding innovative capabilities,and deep integration with agriculture and industry,thereby meeting the demands of innovative national construction,modern agricultural development,and comprehensive rural revitalization for talents in this field.It also provides a reference model for talent cultivation in related programs at agricultural universities.
