摘要
现有的城镇燃气项目合同管理方法存在着效率低、风险高等问题。为提高合同管理的效率与准确性,文中提出了一种基于信息化的合同管理系统。该系统采用3层架构设计,包括用户界面层、业务逻辑层和数据层,具备合同创建、审批、履行跟踪、变更管理、自动提醒等功能。通过模拟燃气项目的具体需求,系统实现了多角色、多流程的高效管理,具有可靠性和稳定性。该系统的应用显著提升了合同管理的透明度与效率,减少了人为错误,但在自定义提醒和变更管理方面仍有改进空间。
The existing contract management methods for urban gas projects have problems of low efficiency and high risk.In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of contract management,this paper proposes a Contract Lifecycle Management based on information technology.The system adopts a three-tier architecture design,including user interface layer,business logic layer and data layer,and has functions such as contract creation,approval,fulfillment tracking,change management,and automatic reminder.By simulating the specific requirements of gas projects,the system realizes efficient management of multiple roles and multiple processes,with reliability and stability.The application of this system has significantly improved the transparency and efficiency of contract management,reducing human error,but there is still room for improvement in custom reminders and change management.
