摘要
研究针对预制装配式混凝土住宅外挂脚手架的稳定性进行了深入探讨,结合某实际住宅工程的脚手架受力机理与工艺特点为切入点,利用ABAQUS软件建立有限元模型模拟脚手架力学行为。结果表明,三角支座的适当尺寸配置能够显著提升脚手架的抗侧向刚度和承载能力,同时合理设计的荷载分布对于保障脚手架的整体稳定性具有重要作用。
This study conducted an in-depth exploration of the stability of prefabricated concrete residential external scaffolding.Taking the stress mechanism and process characteristics of the scaffolding in a practical residential project as the starting point,a finite element model was established using ABAQUS software to simulate the mechanical behavior of the scaffolding.The results indicate that the appropriate size configuration of triangular supports can significantly improve the lateral stiffness and load-bearing capacity of scaffolding,while a welldesigned load distribution plays an important role in ensuring the overall stability of scaffolding.
