摘要
目的:分析无创呼吸机辅助治疗对采用悬雍垂腭咽成形术治疗的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者临床疗效和睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2023年5月至2024年6月常州市中医医院收治的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组采用无创呼吸机辅助治疗联合悬雍垂腭咽成形术,对照组采用悬雍垂腭咽成形术,比较2组患者生命质量、睡眠质量、动脉血气水平、不良反应。结果:观察组经治疗后躯体、心理等方面的舒适性及各类生活功能的综合评分,均高于对照组;观察组经治疗后良好睡眠习惯的养成进度及睡眠分阶段质量测评得分,均低于对照组;观察组经治疗后pH、PCO_(2)、TCO_(2)、PO_(2)分阶段检出水平,均优于对照组;观察组经治疗后术后出血、拔管困难的发生总例数及统计占比,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无创呼吸机针对动脉血气指标予以个体调节,确保阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者术后情况稳定,睡眠质量提高,并促进生活恢复。
Objective:Analyze the impact of non-invasive ventilator assisted therapy on the clinical efficacy and sleep quality of patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome treated with uvulapalatopharyngoplasty.Methods:A total of 60 patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome who were treated at Changzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group(non-invasive ventilator assisted therapy combined with uvula palatoplasty)and a control group(uvula palatoplasty),with 30 patients in each group.The quality of life,sleep quality,arterial blood gas levels,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the observation group showed higher comprehensive scores in physical and psychological comfort as well as various life functions compared to the control group.-The progress in developing good sleep habits and the scores of staged sleep quality assessments in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The staged detection levels of pH,PCO_(2),TCO_(2),and PO_(2)in the observation group were superior to those in the control group.Additionally,the total number and statistical proportion of postoperative bleeding and extubation difficulties in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with the differences being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Non-invasive ventilators provide individualized adjustments-based on arterial blood gas indicators to ensure that patients with OSAHS have stable postoperative conditions,improved sleep quality,and promote recovery of life.
