摘要
目的 探究经皮微创闭合复位内固定治疗踝关节骨折对患者临床指标、疼痛程度、踝足功能、并发症发生率的影响。方法 随机选取2020年7月—2024年5月贵州省毕节市中医医院收治的120例踝关节骨折患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法将其分至对照组(n=60,采取切开复位内固定治疗)和观察组(n=60,实施经皮微创闭合复位内固定治疗),对比两组患者临床指标、疼痛程度、踝关节活动度、踝足功能以及并发症发生率。结果 干预后,观察组患者临床指标优于对照组患者,疼痛评分低于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。干预后1~3 d,观察组患者并发症总发生率为1.67%(1/60),低于对照组患者的13.33%(8/60),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.324,P<0.05)。干预后1个月,观察组患者踝关节活动度和踝-足功能量表评分均高于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 经皮微创闭合复位内固定治疗模式在改善踝关节骨折患者的临床指标、降低痛感、提高关节活动度及踝足功能、降低术后并发症方面效果较好。
Objective To explore the effect of percutaneous minimally invasive closed reduction and internal fixation on clinical indexes,pain degree,ankle foot function and complication rate of patients with ankle fracture.Methods From July 2020 to May 2024,120 patients with ankle fracture admitted to Bijie Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Guizhou Province were randomly selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(n=60,treated with open reduction and internal fixation)and observation group(n=60,treated with percutaneous minimally invasive closed reduction and internal fixation).The clinical indexes,pain degree,ankle joint activity,ankle foot function and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the clinical indexes of patients in the observation group were better than those of patients in the control group,and the pain score was lower than that of patients in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).At 1-3 days after intervention,the total incidence of complications of patients in the observation group was 1.67%(1/60),which was lower than 13.33%(8/60)of patients in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.324,P<0.05).One month after intervention,the ankle joint activity and American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society scores of patients in the observation group were higher than those of patients in the con‐trol group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous minimally invasive closed reduction and internal fixation treatment mode has a great effect in improving the clinical indicators of patients with ankle fracture,reducing pain,improving joint mobility and ankle foot function,and reducing postoperative complications.
