摘要
目的研究肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)治疗后血清抗体滴度变化,探讨血清抗体滴度的变化与病情严重程度的关系。方法选取漳浦县医院2021年3月至2022年3月确诊为MPP的患儿117例。参照MPP重症诊断标准将117例患儿分为重症组51例和轻症组66例,同时选取本院同期健康体检者60名。检测相关血清指标,采用Pearson法分析MPP患儿MP-免疫球蛋白(MP-IgM)抗体滴度与临床资料的相关性。结果对照组、轻症组和重症组白细胞计数(WBC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-25(IL-25)水平依次升高(均P<0.05);重症组中滴度、高滴度人数占比较高,轻症组低滴度人数占比较高(P<0.05);低滴度组、中滴度组和高滴度组WBC、CRP、IL-25、病程和体温依次升高(均P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析结果显示,WBC、CRP、IL-25与抗体滴度呈正相关(均P<0.05)。结论患儿病情程度随着血清抗体滴度的升高而加重。随着病程和治疗时间的增加,血清抗体滴度呈先升高后降低的趋势。
Objective To study the changes in serum antibody titres after treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumoniae(MPP)and to investigate the relationship between changes in serum antibody titres and disease severity.Methods A total of 117 children diagnosed with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)from March 2021 to March 2022 in Zhangpu County Hospital were selected and divided into severe(51 cases)and mild(66 cases)groups based on diagnostic criteria for MPP severity.Additionally,60 healthy children who underwent physical examinations during the same period were selected.Relevant serum indexes were detected,and the correlation between MP-immunoglobulin(MP-IgM)antibody titers and clinical data of children with MPP was analyzed using Pearson’s method.Results WBC,CRP,and IL-25 levels increased progressively from the control to mild and severe groups(all P<0.05).The severe group had more patients with medium and high antibody titers,while the mild group had more with low titers(P<0.05).In the low-,medium-,and high-titer groups,WBC,CRP,IL-25,disease duration,and body temperature also increased sequentially(all P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that WBC,CRP,and IL-25 were positively correlated with antibody titers(all P<0.05).Conclusions Disease severity increased with rising serum antibody titers,which initially rose and then fell with longer disease duration and treatment time.
