摘要
目的探讨细菌培养、涂片镜检以及细菌培养+涂片镜检的诊断价值。方法非随机选取2020年3月—2023年6月滕州市疾病预防控制中心的80例疑似细菌感染患者为研究对象。所有患者均接受细菌培养诊断、涂片镜检诊断以及细菌培养+涂片镜检联合诊断。以临床综合诊断为金标准,比较3种检验方法的诊断效能。结果临床综合诊断结果为48例阳性患者,32例阴性患者。细菌培养+涂片镜检联合的特异度、敏感度、准确度分别为96.88%(31/32)、100.00%(48/48)、98.75%(79/80),均高于细菌培养、涂片镜检单独诊断,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.794、22.485、29.803,P均<0.05)。结论将细菌培养与涂片镜检联合完成微生物检验工作,可提高诊断效能。
Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of bacterial culture,smear microscopy and bacterial cul⁃ture+smear microscopy in patients with microbiological examination.Methods Eighty patients with suspected bacte⁃rial infections from Tengzhou Center for Disease Control and Prevention from March 2020 to June 2023 were selected non-randomly as the study subjects.All patients received bacterial culture diagnosis,smear microscopy diagnosis and bacterial culture+smear microscopy combined diagnosis.The diagnostic efficacy of the three tests was compared with the clinical comprehensive diagnosis as the gold standard.Results The combined clinical diagnosis was 48 positive patients and 32 negative patients.The specificity,sensitivity,and accuracy of the combination of bacterial culture+smear microscopy were 96.88%(31/32),100.00%(48/48),and 98.75%(79/80),respectively,which were higher than those of bacterial culture and smear microscopy diagnosis alone,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.794,22.485,29.803,all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of bacterial culture and smear microscopy for micro⁃biologic testing improves diagnostic efficacy.
