重组人生长激素联合γ-氨基丁酸治疗矮小儿童的疗效研究

摘要 目的:探讨重组人生长激素(recombinant human growth hormone, rhGH)联合γ-氨基丁酸(γ-aminobutyric acid,GABA)治疗矮小儿童的疗效。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年1月佳木斯大学附属第一医院就诊的生长激素缺乏症(growth hormone deficiency, GHD)和特发性身材矮小(idiopathic short stature, ISS)患儿共60例进行观察,根据治疗方案差异将其分为rhGH组和rhGH+GABA组,各30例。对比两组患儿治疗后3个月、6个月、9个月、12个月的生长速率、体质量、甲状腺功能、血糖、血清胰岛素样生长因子-1(insulin-like growth factor-1,IGF-1)等指标的变化。结果:rhGH+GABA组患儿其生长速率的变化幅度更为显著,且治疗12个月后联合组患儿的生长速率更高,差异显著(P<0.05)。两组患儿在不同时间段内其甲状腺功能对比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。两组患儿空腹血糖以及IGF-1水平在不同时间的对比差异显著(P<0.05),且rhGH+GABA组患儿的空腹血糖水平、IGF-1水平高于对照组,差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论:针对矮小儿童实施rhGH联合GABA治疗,对改善患儿生长速率、血糖水平以及IGF-1上作用显著,受本研究纳入样本量较少因素影响,联合干预对患儿甲状腺功能的改善效果一般。 Objective:To investigate the efficacy of recombinant human growth hormone(rhGH)combined withγ-aminobutyric acid(GABA)in the treatment of small children.Methods:A total of 60 cases of children with growth hormone deficiency(GHD)and idiopathic short stature(ISS)attending the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected for observation,and they were divided into They were divided into rhGH group and rhGH+GABA group according to the difference of treatment protocols,with 30 cases in each group.Changes in growth rate,body weight,thyroid function,blood glucose,serum insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)and other indexes were compared between the two groups at 3 months,6 months,9 months and 12 months after treatment.Results:The growth rate of rhGH+GABA group was more significant,and the growth rate of RHGH+GABA group was higher after 12 months of treatment,the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in thyroid function between the two groups in different time periods(P>0.05).The fasting blood glucose and IGF-1 levels of the two groups were significantly different at different times(P<0.05),and the fasting blood glucose and IGF-1 levels of the rhGH+GABA group were higher than those of the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:rhGH combined with GABA therapy for short stature children has a significant effect on improving the growth rate,blood glucose level and IGF-1 of the children.Affected by the small sample size included in this study,the combined intervention has a moderate effect on thyroid function of the children.
