摘要
圆运动是中医学的一种重要学说。破格救心汤是李可老中医创立的经验方。李可老中医在缺医少药的农村,凭借此方成功救治了上千例心衰重症患者,但现代社会尚未普遍使用此方。因此本文结合圆运动理论探讨破格救心汤治疗慢性心力衰竭,从药物机制和组方特点出发,拓宽辨证应用思路。
Circular motion is an important doctrine of Chinese medicine.The Pogejiuxin Decoction is an empirical formula created by Dr.Li Ke.In the rural areas where there is a lack of medicine,Li Ke successfully treated thousands of patients with severe heart failure with this formula,but this formula has not been commonly used in modern society.Therefore,this paper discusses the treatment of chronic heart failure with the Pogejiuxin Decoction by combining the theory of circular motion,and broadens the idea of dialectical application from the drug mechanism and the characteristics of the formula.
