OSCE考核在护理本科实习生急性脑梗死急救临床教学中的应用

Application of OSCE Assessment in the Clinical Teaching of Acute Cerebral Infarction Emergency Care for Undergraduate Nursing Interns

摘要 目的探讨客观结构化临床考试(objective structured clinical examination,OSCE)在护理本科实习生急性脑梗死急救临床教学中的应用。方法选取2023年2月―2024年2月在重庆医科大学附属第二医院神经内科实习的60名护理本科实习生作为研究对象。采用便利抽样法将2023年2―8月参与实习的30名护理本科实习生作为对照组,将2023年9月―2024年2月参与实习的30名护理本科实习生作为研究组。对照组采用常规的护理本科实习生临床带教教学,研究组在对照组的基础上采用OSCE考核进行考核。比较2组的理论考核成绩和带教满意度评分。结果研究组的理论考试成绩为(92.07±3.58)分,高于对照组成绩[(89.37±3.50)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组在各个方面的带教满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在护理本科实习生的急性脑梗死急救临床教学中应用OSCE考核,有助于提升护理本科生对急性脑梗死急救的综合临床能力和教学满意度,可以培养出高素质的护理人才。 Objective To explore the application of objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)in the the clinical teaching of acute cerebral infarction emergency care for undergraduate nursing interns.Methods A total of 60 undergraduate nursing interns in the department of neurology of the Second Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected and divided by convenience sampling method,set 30 undergraduate nursing interns from February to August 2023 as the control group,and set 30 undergraduate nursing interns from September 2023 to February 2024 as the research group.The control group was taught with conventional clinical teaching of undergraduate nursing interns,and the research group was assessed by the OSCE assessment on the basis of the control group.The theoretical examination scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical examination scores of the study group were(92.07±3.58)points,which was higher than that of the control group[(89.37±3.50)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the control group in all aspects,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of OSCE assessment in the clinical teaching of acute cerebral infarction emergency care for undergraduate nursing interns is helpful to improve their comprehensive clinical ability of of acute cerebral infarction emergency care and teaching satisfaction,and can cultivate highquality nursing talents.
