摘要
通过对粮食仓储建筑以往使用的车辆空气吹扫系统进行深入分析,发现普遍存在吹扫效果差、运行效率低、危险性高等特点。针对原系统设计上的一些缺陷,提出若干优化措施,并对通风系统重新进行优化设计。优化后的空气吹扫系统经过工程实践,大大提高了空气吹扫质量及效率、降低了企业投资及运行费用、避免了操作过程中的不安全因素。
Through in-depth analysis of the vehicle air-blowing system used in grain storage buildings in the past,it is found that there exist generally poor blowing effect,low operating efficiency,and high risk.In view of some defects in the original system design,several optimization measures are proposed,and the system is re-optimized.The optimized air-blowing system has greatly improved the quality and efficiency of air-blowing,reduced the investment and operating costs enterprises,and avoided unsafe factors in the operation process.
