摘要
为模拟船舶柴油机台架试验或实船柴油机运行工况,降低获取船舶柴油机相关数据的实验成本,本文基于GT-SUITE软件构建某型二冲程六缸船用柴油机的一维仿真模型,探索其在船用柴油机性能优化与排放控制方面的数字化解决方案。通过整合韦伯三阶段燃烧模型、WoschniGT传热模型,采用模块化建模,建立包含进气、排气、涡轮增压、燃油喷射等子系统的整机模型,结合台架试验数据对模型进行多工况验证,验证了模型在工程误差允许范围内的可靠性。为余热回收系统设计、故障预测性维护及后处理装置集成提供研究条件。
In order to simulate the operating conditions of Marine diesel engines in bench test or real ship,and reduce the experimental cost of acquiring relevant data of Marine diesel engines,this paper constructs a one-dimensional simulation model of a two-stroke six-cylinder Marine diesel engine based on GT-SUITE software,and explores its digital solution in performance optimization and emission control of Marine diesel engines.By integrating Weber three-stage combustion model and WoschniGT heat transfer model,modular modeling was adopted to establish the whole machine model including intake,exhaust,turbocharging,fuel injection and other subsystems.Combined with bench test data,the model was verified in multiple working conditions,and the reliability of the model was verified within the allowable range of engineering errors.The research conditions are provided for the design of waste heat recovery system,fault predictive maintenance and integration of post-treatment equipment.
