Objective:To explore the application effect of integrated medical and nursing collaborative nursing model in perioperative period of patients undergoing thyroidectomy. Methods:A total of 64 patients who underwent thyroidectomy admitted in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number method, they were divided into observation group(n=32,receiving integrated medical and nursing collaborative nursing intervention)and control group(n=32,receiving routine perioperative nursing intervention).Negative emotions, pain degree, postoperative complications, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:After intervention, the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).On postoperative day 1 and 3,the visual analog scale(VAS)scores and total incidence of complications in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the nursing satisfaction was better than that in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrated medical and nursing collaborative nursing model can alleviate perioperative anxiety and depression in patients undergoing thyroidectomy, relieve pain, reduce the emergence of complications and enhance satisfaction with nursing.
