摘要
本文围绕大数据驱动的成人继续教育个性化学习管理模式展开探讨。针对成人教育中学员需求多样而传统管理模式难以满足的问题,结合大数据技术,成人高校能够精准采集和分析学员的行为数据,从而实现对个性化学习的支持。本文从数据采集、推荐模型、学习路径动态调整、实时反馈与评估、数据安全与隐私保护以及跨部门协同管理六个方面,系统分析了构建个性化管理模式的路径和应用。这一模式不仅优化了学员的学习体验和资源配置,还提升了管理效率和学校的市场竞争力,为成人继续教育管理提供了新思路。
This paper explores a big-data-driven personalized learning management mode for adult continuing education.Addressing the diverse needs of adult learners and the challenges traditional management models face in meeting these needs,this study examines how adult colleges can leverage big data technology to precisely collect and analyze learners'behavioral data to enable personalized learning support.The paper systematically analyzes the paths and applications for constructing a personalized management mode across six areas:data collection,recommendation modes,dynamic adjustment of learning paths,real-time feedback and assessment,data security and privacy protection,and interdepartmental collaboration.This mode not only optimizes learner experience and resource allocation but also enhances management efficiency and institutional competitiveness,offering new directions for managing adult continuing education.
