摘要
目的探讨减重代谢手术患者心理状况和生命质量现况,并分析两者的相关性。方法选择2021年4月-2024年3月在江苏省两所三级甲等医院进行减重代谢手术的505例患者为研究对象,对其进行问卷调查,调查内容包括一般人口学资料、凯斯勒心理困扰量表(Kessler Psychological Distress Scale-10,K10)、简明生命质量量表(The 36-Item Short-Form Quality of Life Scale,SF-36),并采用多因素回归分析减重代谢手术患者心理状况与生命质量的相关性。结果505例患者K10心理状况平均得分为(22.87±5.61)分,SF-36生命质量总体健康状况平均得分为(75.95±5.86)分。减重代谢患者生命质量得分在性别、心理状况方面的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,心理状况是减重代谢手术患者生命质量的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论减重代谢手术患者心理多处于较差状态,生命质量并不高,患者心理状况及生命质量存在明显相关性,需关注患者心理状况和生命质量。
Objective To investigate the psychological status and quality of life status in patients undergoing bariatric and metabolic surgery,and to analyze the correlation between them.Methods A total of 505 patients who received bariatric and metabolic surgery in two tertiary hospitals of Jiangsu from April 2021 to March 2024 were the research subjects,and a questionnaire survey was conducted.The survey contents included general demographic data,Kessler Psychological Distress Scale-10(K10)and Short-Form Quality of Life Scale(SF-36).Multivariable regression analysis was used to analyze the correlation between psychological status and quality of life in patients undergoing bariatric and metabolic surgery.Results The average score of K10 psychological status and average score of overall health status of SF-36 quality of life of 505 patients were(22.87±5.61)points and(75.95±5.86)points.There was statistical differences from the aspects of gender and psychological status(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that psychological status was an influencing factor for quality of life in patients undergoing bariatric and metabolic surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological status of patients undergoing bariatric and metabolic surgery is mostly in poor state,and the quality of life is not high.There is a significant correlation between psychological status and quality of life of patients.It is necessary to pay attention to the psychological status and quality of life of patients.
