摘要
新质生产力的形成与发展有助于推动现代产业体系建设,对于地区现代服务业的发展也将产生显著促进作用。新质生产力的“新”主要体现在生产力三要素的创新性发展与配置上,“质”主要体现在数字化、绿色化、融合化和国际化上。总体上看,德州市现代服务业种类相对齐全,增势良好,地区分布呈集聚趋势。但是也应看到,德州市现代服务业仍存在结构不合理、内部发展不均衡、信息技术研发能力不强以及企业市场定位不够清晰、品牌意识不强等突出问题。因此,要提升德州市现代服务业创新发展水平,应以新质生产力的发展理念为方向,以高科技、高效能和高质量为主要抓手,首先需要引导重点行业融合发展;其次需要加大政府支持力度,强化人才培养;最后需要增强企业品牌认知,提高品牌市场竞争力。
The formation and development of new quality productive forces will help to promote the construction of modern industrial system and play a significant role in the development of modern service industry in the region.The“new”of the new quality productive forces is mainly reflected in the innovative development and allocation of the three elements of productivity,and the“quality”is mainly reflected in the digitalization,greening,integration and internationalization.On the whole,the modern service industry in Dezhou is relatively complete,with a good growth trend,and the regional distribution shows an agglomeration trend.However,it should also be noted that the modern service industry in Dezhou still has prominent problems such as unreasonable structure,unbalanced internal development,weak information technology research and development ability,unclear enterprise market positioning,and weak brand awareness.Therefore,in order to improve the innovation and development level of modern service industry in Dezhou city,we should adopt the development concept of New Quality Productive Forces and high technology,high efficiency and high quality.It is necessary to guide the integrated development of key industries,secondly,to increase the government support and strengthen talent training;finally,to strengthen the brand awareness of enterprises and enhance the brand compet itiveness.
