摘要
仿生合成是以生物体内的酶催化反应途径为指导的化学合成方法,模拟了自然界中酶的生物合成过程,同时结合不同化学反应的特点,使天然产物的合成更加高效便捷.仿生合成在天然产物合成中为化学家提供了新颖独特的设计思路,是天然产物合成的重要方法之一.
