摘要
世界正在发生持续且迅速的变化,人类面临着气候变化、人口危机、城市化、可持续发展、技术进步等多方面挑战。工程在满足人类的基本需求和应对上述挑战方面发挥着关键和基础性作用,工程教育也须顺应上述变化和挑战,培养能够应对未来挑战、解决实践问题的创新型、应用型、复合型工程人才。文章以海南比勒费尔德应用科学大学为例,探讨其在工程教育中的创新实践——实践嵌入式学习模式。该模式通过在工作环境中为学生赋能,实现了理论与实践相结合、大学和企业之间的双向知识流动,有效促进了专业知识在应用科学领域的生成与转移。
The world is undergoing continuous and rapid transformation,with humanity facing a range of complex challenges,including climate change,population crisis,urbanization,sustainable development,and technological advancements.Engineering plays a foundational and critical role in addressing these issues and meeting basic human needs.Accordingly,engineering education must evolve in response to these global changes and challenges by cultivating innovative,practice-oriented,and interdisciplinary engineering talents capable of solving real-world problems.This paper takes Hainan Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences as a case study to explore its innovative approach to engineering education—the practice-embedded learning model.This model empowers students by immersing them within real-world workplace environments,thereby promoting the integration of theory and practice and enabling bidirectional knowledge flows between universities and enterprises.Through this approach,the university effectively facilitates the creation and transfer of specialized knowledge within the field of applied sciences.
