摘要
采用动态预测方法对砌体构件和结构的使用寿命进行预测 ,可较好地对结构将来的使用状况进行量化 ,客观反映关键问题 ,从而避免鉴定标准在应用过程中过于依赖工程技术人员经验的现象。
The estimation of the residual service life of masonry structure which is very popular in China is of importance to property maintenance.Because of the diversities of masonry structures,no mature method to estimate residual service life is developed by now.This paper summarized up the latest research outputs nationally and internationally,putting foreword a time-dependant method as a proposal of predicting the residual service life of masonry structures.
