摘要
目的 :研究滴通鼻炎水对二甲苯引起的小鼠和角叉菜胶引起的大鼠的炎症的抗炎作用。方法 :采用小鼠耳片法、大鼠足跖肿胀法、大鼠肉芽组织增生试验 ,观察滴通鼻炎水的抗炎作用。结果 :滴通鼻炎水可降低二甲苯引起的小鼠和角叉菜胶引起的大鼠的炎症 ,与对照组相比均有显著性差异(P<0 05)。结论 :滴通鼻炎水具有抗炎作用。
Objective:To observe the effects of Ditong Rhinitis Water on the inflammation in xylene induced mice and carrageenin induced rats.Methods:The method of weighing ears slices in mice,the method of measuring swelling of the planta in rats,the experiment of weighing sarcoidosisto hyperplasia in rats.Results:Ditong Rhinitis Water resists inflammation of xylene induced mice and carrageenin induced rats and shows marked difference(P<0 05)compared with control group.Conclusion:Ditong Rhinitis Water shows antiphlogistic effects.
