摘要
大黄为常用中药 ,多年来 ,对其研究热潮方兴未艾。本文对大黄中有效成分的提取方法 ,分离和含量测定手段进行了综述 ,对大黄的抗突变作用进行了论述。
Rhubarb is a chinese herbal drug in common use. For many years, the research boost of rhubarb is in the ascendant. In this paper, the method of distillation, separation and deternination of the effective constituents in Rhubarb is reviewed, and the effect of antimutagenesis of Rhubarb is discussed.
