东北发射机房自然风冷系统研究

摘要 本文介绍了东北发射台的地理特点,并用最简单的设备在自动控制下按需调动自然风能来调节机房温度,尽可能降低功耗,节约能源。同时,系统能以广播的形式发送温度信息,为今后的智能化机房提供了接口。该系统依旧采用模块化设计,可移植性强、抗干扰能力强。温度传感器采用数字型传感器,免调零、精度高、抗干扰,适合于高场强、强电磁的环境。风道采用隐蔽式地下通道,不影响机房美观,无人员掉入的风险。风道出口仍在室内,不必担心冬季保温问题,还能保证发射机房环境的清洁。 This paper introduces the geographical characteristics of the northeast launch station,and uses the simplest equipment to adjust the room temperature by mobilizing natural wind energy on demand under automatic control,so as to reduce power consumption as much as possible and save energy. At the same time,the system can send temperature information in the form of broadcasting,which provides an interface for the future intelligent computer room. The system still adopts modular design,which has strong portability and anti-interference ability. Temperature sensors adopt digital sensors,zero-adjustment-free,high precision,anti-interference,suitable for high field strength,strong electromagnetic environment. The airway adopts concealed underground passage,which does not affect the beauty of the machine room and the risk of no one falling in. The outlet of the airway is still indoor,so there is no need to worry about the thermal insulation in winter,and the environment of the transmitter room can be kept clean.
