新型维甲酸类化合物的合成及生物活性分析

摘要 维甲酸类化合物是天然维生素A代谢生成的衍生物,并且涵盖与其结构相似的人工合成物,截至到目前已发现4000余种维甲酸类化合物,并且广泛应用于医疗领域中。由于绝大多数的维甲酸类化合的医疗剂量与中度剂量接近,造成医疗隐患,由此新型维甲酸类化合物的研制合成已势在必行。 Retinoic acid compounds arederivativesgenerated by natural vitamin A metabolism, and containthe synthet-ic material withsimilarstructure, more than 4000 kinds of retinoic acid compounds have been found so far, and arewidely used in the medical field.Due tothe medical dosageof most retinoic acidcompounds is close to moderate dose, itwill cause health risks, thereby research &development and synthesis of a novel retinoid compound is imperative un-der the situation.
