摘要
目的 :探讨Reprimo基因在胃腺癌组织细胞中的表达及其临床意义。方法 :应用实时荧光定量PCR检测我院在2013年3月至2014年12月收治的82例胃癌患者及80例健康对照组的胃组织标本的Reprimo基因,分析其与病情发生发展及转归的关系。结果 :胃癌组织的Reprimo m RNA的相对含量明显少于正常胃黏膜组织,Reprimo蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达阳性率明显低于正常胃黏膜组织,肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、临床分期是影响Reprimo抑制的因素。结论 :Reprimo基因在与胃癌的发生、发展及侵袭有关,检测其在胃癌患者中表达情况有助于提高胃癌的早期诊断率。
Objective To investigate the expression of Reprimo gene in gastric carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods The gastric tissue of 82 patients with gastric carcinoma and 80 healthy from 2013 March to 2014 December were detected with real-time reverse transcription PCR(RT-PCR), analyze disease development, turnover and their relationship. Results The relative content of Reprimo m RNA of gastric carcinoma tissue was significantly less than normal gastric mucosa tissue, positive rate of Reprimo protein was significantly lower than normal gastric mucosa tissue. Tumor size, metastatic lymph node and clinical staging are influencing factors of Reprimo gene suppression. Conclusion Reprimo is correlated with the occurrence, development and invasion of gastric carcinoma, the detection of Reprimo can contribute to enhancing the early diagnosis rate of gastric carcinoma.
