摘要
合成了一种新型三氮烯类试剂5 氯 2 羟基重氮氨基偶氮苯,并对该试剂与镉 的显色反应进行了研究。结果表明,在pH10左右的硼砂 氢氧化钠缓冲介质中,以TritonX 100为增溶增敏剂,该试剂与镉 形成2∶1的红色络合物,其最大吸收波长位于524nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=1 78×105,镉 含量在0~25μg/25mL范围内遵守比尔定律。方法简便、快速、灵敏度高、选择性好,用于废水样品的测定,得到了较满意的结果。
The synthesis of 5chloro2hydroxybenzenediazoaminoazobenzene(CHDBA)and a highly sensitive method for the spectrophotometric determination of cadmium*' with CHDBA as a new chromogenic reagent were studiedIn the presence of Triton X100 and a boraxsodium hydrate buffer solution of pH100,cadmium*'reacts with CHDBA to form a stable red complex with molar ratio of 2∶1,which gives a maximum absorption at 524nm with the apparent molar absorptivity of 178×105L·mol-1·cm-1Beer's law was obeyed from o up to 25μg of cadmium*'in 25mL of solution and the relative standard deviations don't exceed 32%The method has been satisfactorily applied to determine cadmium*'in waste water
