摘要
法治观念是实现国家法治建设的基本前提。受传统法律文化和社会法治环境的影响以及高校法治教育局限性的制约,大学生法治观念总体上比较淡薄。本文探讨了加强高校法治教育、培育校园法治文化氛围和优化社会法治环境等对策,以期增强大学生法治观念,推进社会主义法治国家建设的进程。
The concept of rule by law is the basic premise to realize the rule by law.The law concept of college students is weak,because of the Chinese traditional legal culture,legal education in universi-ties and the social environment of law.This paper discusses the countermeasures of how to enhance the education of rule by law in college,cultivate the campus culture of rule by law and the optimization of the environment of social rule by law so as to strengthen college students'law concept and build a coun-try which is governed by socialist rule by law.
