摘要
目的观察针灸推拿联合葛根汤对神经根型颈椎病患者疼痛症状的缓解作用。方法将在我院接受治疗的62例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为对照组31例,给予单纯针灸推拿治疗;观察组31例,在对照组的治疗基础上加用葛根汤,对两组患者治疗前后的疼痛(VAS)评分、临床症状改善情况以及临床治疗效果进行综合评价。结果观察组患者治疗后1周、1个月VAS评分均得到明显改善,且显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后症状消除时间、颈椎恢复正常活动时间等均较对照组短(P<0.05);观察组治疗后有29例患者显示有效,占93.55%,显著高于对照组的70.97%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸推拿联合葛根汤治疗神经根型颈椎病,能够缓解患者的疼痛症状,疗效显著,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the relieving effect of acupuncture and massage combined with Gegen decoction on pain symptoms of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods 62 cases of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,31 cases each group.Control group was treated with simple acupuncture and massage;observation group received Gegen decoction on the basis of control group.The pain(VAS)scores before and after treatments in both groups were scored.The clinical symptoms and clinical effects were evaluated comprehensively.Results The VAS scores of observation group were significantly improved 1 week and 1 month after treatment,and were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05);the time of symptoms elimination and cervical vertebral movement recovery in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05);28 cases in observation group were effective after treatment,accounting for 93.3%,significantly higher than that in control group 70%.Conclusion Acupuncture and massage combined with Gegen decoction can relieve the pain symptoms of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,and the curative effect is remarkable,it is worthy of popularizing and applying.
