摘要
神经病理性疼痛主要是神经系统损伤而导致的慢性疼痛,由于神经病理性疼痛的发病机制较为复杂,目前临床上对神经病理性疼痛确切的发病机制仍尚未明了,因而现阶段临床上仍缺乏有效的治疗药物,故临床上需要加强对神经病理性疼痛的研究。本文主要叙述神经病理性疼痛的发病机制及治疗现状,通过对国外神经病理性疼痛实验的综述分析,探讨神经病理性疼痛的临床治疗方法,为临床提供理论指导。
Neuropathic pain is chronic pain caused by nervous system damage, and its pathogenesis is still an unclear due to its complexity. Therefore at this stage therapeutic agents are still lack, and it is necessary for us to strengthen its research. The paper mainly describes the pathogenesis of this disease and its treatment status, and by reviewing foreign experiments and discussing its treatment plan, provides theoretical guidance to clinical practice.
