摘要
为探讨综合型医院门诊管理模式 ,本文阐述了医院门诊所面临形势 ,牢固树立以病人为中心的思想 ,为病人创造一个“布局合理、流程方便、手续简化、环境优美”的就诊环境 ,从而推动综合型医院的全面发展。
For inquiring into the management model of the outpatient department of the synthesis hospital, it is expounded in this article that the situation of the outpatient department facing, securely setting up the thought of taking patient as the center, and for the patient creating seeking the medical advice environment of 'the composition in reason, the flow expedience, the procedure simply, the environment daintily' and pushing the completely developing of the synthesis hospital.
